Reading .PDF Files!
Many of the information files and some of the pages on this web site are formatted as Adobe® .PDF (Portable Document Format) files. You will need to have a .PDF viewer program installed on your computer in order to read these files. While most computers come with one already installed, Adobe Acrobat Reader may be freely downloaded from:

Printing Framed Pages!
This site uses "frames" to split the page into two parts. While there are advantages to doing so, one side effect is that it can result in problems trying to properly print a page. Most web browsers let you easily print framed pages properly. When you go to print a page, look on the dialog box that pops up for an option to print it "As laid out on screen". Click on the thumbnail images to view examples of the print dialog boxes for Internet Explorer and Firefox/Mozilla.
Internet Explorer 6 Active Content Warning!
If you are using the latest version of Internet Explorer, you may see a warning about "Active Content" when accessing this web site. This is referring to the scripting which is used to display the scrolling menu structure at the top of the web pages and/or pop open larger versions of some images. Although the scripting is not dangerous to you or your computer, we also provide an alternate method of navigating this web site at the bottom of this page.
Trouble Navigating This Site!
The main navigation method for moving through the pages of this site is a scrolling menu at the top of the web pages. While this menu will work with the vast majority of visitors, it is possible that you may not be able to see it due to the configuration of your computer or the specific web browser program you are using. If this is the case, we also provide an alternate method of navigating through the various pages in this site. At the bottom of this page you will find a link to a "Site Map" which contains links to all of the pages/files available on this web site. Once you have visited one of the other pages, the "Back" button on your browser should return you to the Site Map and let you select another page.
