    Located in Oscoda Township, Iosco County, Michigan, we are organized for the pleasure and recreation of our members and for the purpose of promoting social welfare to further the common good of all of the property owners and residents of Lakewood Shores Subdivisions and their guests. We offer a number of advantages for our members on a non-profit basis, including common areas such as the restaurant and refreshment facilities, greenways, parks, recreation areas, tennis courts, water access areas, swimming facilities, boat ramps, and other facilities. We also provide for the administration and enforcement of any deed restrictions and architectural control requirements or policies, as well as for security surveillance for Lakewood Shores Subdivisions and residents.

    This web site is intended to provide information on the Association, scheduled activities and links to various other points of interest. We also provide easy access to various documents and information for the benefit of our members.
